Effects of Eggshell Membrane and Curcumin Extract Supplementation, Separately or Combined, on Recovery From Intense Exercise

Eggshell membrane and Curcumin supplementation prior to intense exercise may reduce inflammation, muscle and joint pain, and promote recovery. This proof-of-concept study will examine how ingestion of specially formulated versions of these nutrients affects recovery from intense exercise.

Effect of Sage Extract Supplementation on Cognitive Function in Middle-Aged Men and Women

Sage (Salvia officinalis) has been reported to have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and neuroprotective properties. Several studies indicate that sage supplementation can improve cognitive function. However, more research is needed. The purpose of this study is to examine how sage supplementation affects cognitive function and reaction times in middle-aged men and women.
