It is intended to examine the short-term and long-term efficacy and safety of intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG) for the bronchopulmonary dysplasia in preterms born at 28 weeks and below. Participants will received continuous infusion IVIG 1 g/kg/day for the first 2 days, 0.5 g/kg/day for next 3 days (total does 3.5 g/kg), repeatable if necessary.

Radical hysterectomy is an effect treatment for FIGO IB3 and IIA2 cervical cancer patients who refuse to receive radical concurrent chemoradiotherapy. However, due to the large tumor size, both patients and surgeons encountered the risk of substantial bleeding, urinary tract damage, and unsatisfactory resection during surgery. Therefore, the exploration of effective and safe surgical treatments is crucial in enhancing the quality of life and prognosis for patients. Laparoscopic radical hysterectomy (LRH) offers the advantages of reduced bleeding and accelerated recovery, thereby minimizing patient discomfort and enhancing their quality of life. However, the prognosis of patients who received LRH or traditional abdominal radical hysterectomy (ARH) remains controversial. We proposed a modified LRH skill based on new space anatomy concept. In our previous single-center study, the result demonstrates that LRH based on space anatomy leads to less intraoperative blood loss and decreased ureteral injury rate compared with traditional skill. The benefits of this new method for patient survival remain uncertain. In this multicenter retrospective study, we aim to assess clinical prognosis and safety of this new LRH compared with traditional abdominal radical hysterectomy (ARH) in FIGO IB3 and IIA2 cervical cancer.

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of transvaginal niche resection in improving pregnancy outcomes of a large uterine caesarean scar defect (niche) with secondary infertility. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Does transvaginal niche resection improve pregnancy outcomes of a large uterine caesarean scar defect (niche) with secondary infertility? 2. What medical problems do participants have when taking transvaginal niche resection? Researchers will compare transvaginal niche resection to expectant management (without any additional surgical intervention) to see if transvaginal niche resection works to improve pregnancy outcomes of a large uterine caesarean scar defect (niche) with secondary infertility. Participants will: 1. Undergo a procedure (transvaginal niche resection) within 2 week after randomization in the intervention group. Women were advised to use contraception in the first 6 months following niche resection to allow uterine healing prior to subsequent pregnancy. 2. Receive usual care at least 9 months which means no additional surgical intervention during this period in the control group. Patients are allowed to become pregnant and to receive fertility therapies if indicated. Any member of the control group who has not become pregnant after 9 months will be given the opportunity to undergo a transvaginal niche resection. 3. Receive a standardized magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) evaluation of the niches. Niches will be evaluated at baseline in all groups and at 3 months after surgery. 4. Be contacted by telephone at 6, 9 and 15 months to assess the primary and secondary outcomes.

The goal of this single center, non-blinded, randomized controlled clinical trial to comparison of pregnancy outcomes and perinatal outcomes in patients undergoing IVF treatment (including ICSI) with FET with letrozole-induce endothelial preparation protocol versus natural cycles, hormone replacement protocol. The main questions it aims to answer are: * To investigate whether letrozole-induce endothelial preparation is effective in improving the live birth rate and clinical pregnancy rate. * To explore its possible impact on clinically important indicators such as spontaneous abortion rate, implantation cycle cancellation rate, days of endothelial preparation, and number of visits to the clinic. The study subjects were randomized into groups starting at D1-D3 of the menstrual cycle. The study subjects were stratified according to whether their menstrual cycles were regular or not, and were divided into the following endothelial preparation regimens according to the pre-prepared stratified zoned randomized group numbers: (1) regular menstrual cycles (25-35 d): letrozole ovulation-promoting cycles, natural cycles, and hormone-replacement cycles; and (2) irregular menstrual cycles (\<25 d or \>35 d): letrozole ovulation-promoting cycles, hormone-replacement cycle.
