This retrospective data repository will serve as a means to aggregate and analyze standard surgical interventions and Middle Meningeal Arteryembolization as suitable treatment options for Acute Subdural Hematoma.

Some reports cite over 80% of surgery residency graduates are seeking additional training to improve on their experiences to be ready for practice. The Fellowship Council created several fellowship tracts including HPB (Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary),Advanced GI (gastrointestinal) and Minimally Invasive surgery to address this issue, and bridge the gap in training between residency and real life practice in those that seek a practice in HPB or complex GI surgery, respectively. By the end of fellowship, the core goal is to make the graduating fellows ready for independent practice in HPB or complex GI surgery cases.

The aim of this anonymous survey is to identify who teaches GI procedures to general surgical residents during residency training and understand the need as well as desire for an Advanced Surgical GI fellowship amongst senior surgical residents. We also hope to identify the self-reported level of comfort of senior general surgery residents in completing both common and complex GI procedures.

The PK Papyrus Covered Coronary Stent System is a coronary stent being used at Methodist Dallas Medical Center for patients with coronary perforations.

The use of clopidogrel as part of DAPT will be associated with lower bleeding rates compared to ticagrelor in patients with chronic thrombocytopenia requiring Percutaneous intervention (PCI )with Drug Eluting Stent (DES) or Bare Metal Stint(BMS).

There will be a retrospective chart review for patients who underwent endoscopic procedures and POEM from 06/2016 - 01/2019 \& a prospective chart review will be performed for patients who will undergo endoscopic procedures and POEM from 02/2019 - 06/2021

This study will be a retrospective chart review of patients who have been diagnosed with the benign or malignant pancreatic disease under the practice of Dr. Rohan Jeyarajah, M.D., Dr. Houssam Osman M.D., and Dr. Edward Cho M.D., Sc.M. at Methodist Health System Hospital in Richardson, Texas(TX). The investigators plan to conduct an analysis of patients meeting the inclusion criteria from 2005 to present. Study will also be conducted by the PI, Sub-Is, surgery fellows, office staff and clinical research coordinator who are delegated to do by the PI. Data will be obtained by looking through either investigator's patients or through a national database. Data will be analyzed primarily by the study conductors.

In this initial investigator-initiated retrospective study, aim to analyze the enhanced liver fibrosis (ELF) scores in this high-risk population for NAFLD/nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)-related fibrosis. Study define 'high-risk' to include metabolic syndrome, which can be further defined by an atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) score \>7.5, any diagnosis of hyperlipidemia, history of coronary artery disease, history of heart failure, hypertension and/or type 2 diabetes. Study would also like to compare the performance of this score with historical methods of fibrosis assessment, where applicable, including vibration-controlled transient elastography, magnetic resonance elastography, blood markers and liver biopsy. Study will assess the impact of ELF scores on predicting liver events in the time, have used it and determine if diet, lifestyle changes and/or pharmacotherapy will improve serial ELF scores. Will also seek to understand how ELF scores are distributed in our community.

This is a population-based retrospective study using the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) registry and National Cancer Data Base (NCDB) to look at colorectal cancer (CRC) patients younger than 35 and comparing them against CRC patients older than 35 years of age.

Hepatorenal syndrome (HRS) is a common cause of acute kidney injury (AKI) in patients with liver disease \[1\]. Increased activity and presence of vasodilators such as nitric oxide in cirrhotic patients leads to vasodilation, especially in the splanchnic circulation, resulting in hemodynamic changes that precipitate renal injury \[1\]. Patients may present with elevated serum creatinine (Cr), benign urine sediment, and low urine sodium \[1\].

In the city of Dallas, violent crimes have decreased by roughly 4% in 2022 compared to 2021. Dallas Police Department (DPD) implemented changes in May 2021 to combat violent crimes.

1.1. Background: Renal transplantation is the treatment of choice for eligible patients with end-stage renal disease. It provides better outcomes in terms of life expectancy and quality of life than dialysis (Liu, Narins, Maley, Frank, \& Lallas, 2012). Kidney transplants from living donors also have additional benefits in terms of graft function and survival compared to transplants from cadaver donors (Galvani et al., 2012). Living donor transplants provide an opportunity to have good quality grafts and to perform the procedure when the recipient is in an optimal clinical status (Creta et al., 2019). Laparoscopic donor nephrectomy was first introduced in 1995 and is currently accepted as the gold standard for kidney procurement from living donors. The first worldwide robotic assisted laparoscopic donor nephrectomy was performed in 2000 by Horgan et al. (Horgan et al., 2007). The main obstacle to living donation is the exposure of a healthy subject to the risks of a major surgical intervention. Therefore, efforts have been made to reduce complications and postoperative pain, achieve faster recovery, and minimize the surgical incisions. Minimally invasive procedures like hand-assisted and robotic approaches greatly enhance living donation rates, and in 2001 the number of living donors exceeded the number of cadaver donors (Horgan et al., 2007). 1.2. Aim(s)/Objective(s): The objective of this study is to compare intra- and postoperative patient outcomes of kidney donors following hand-assisted and robotic kidney transplants at a single center. 1.3. Rationale for the study: More research is needed regarding the differences between minimally invasive approaches to kidney transplantation.
