1. To conduct a multicenter, randomized controlled trial across four hospitals to evaluate the efficacy of Hewei Anchang Formula in patients with overlapping gastrointestinal symptoms of functional dyspepsia (FD) and diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D), characterized by liver-stomach disharmony syndrome and liver stagnation-spleen deficiency syndrome, respectively. By leveraging the holistic regulatory effects of Chinese herbal formulas and the traditional Chinese medicine principle of "treating different diseases with the same therapeutic approach," this study aims to generate high-level evidence for the management of overlapping gastrointestinal symptoms in functional gastrointestinal disorders (FGIDs) and to establish a standardized and scalable therapeutic strategy. 2. To elucidate the potential mechanisms underlying the therapeutic effects of Hewei Anchang Formula on overlapping gastrointestinal symptoms of FD and IBS-D through multiple targets and pathways, with particular emphasis on modulation of the gut microbiota and the neuroendocrine-immune network.

This study focuses on patients with NERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) and liver-gallbladder disharmony syndrome as its research subjects. It conducts a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the Chai Zhi He Wei formula in terms of symptom improvement, quality of life, and adverse reactions. On one hand, this research aims to enhance the level of evidence-based medicine for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of NERD. On the other hand, it seeks to reduce the dosage of PPIs (proton pump inhibitors) or discontinue their use, addressing the side effects caused by PPI overuse, and serving as a leading example for TCM clinical research. Lastly, the study aims to optimize the efficacy of Tongjiang granules and address potential safety concerns, such as diarrhea.

To assess the effects of Xuesaitong soft capsules on platelet function, clinical efficacy, prognosis, and safety in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome, 400 patients with acute coronary syndrome who underwent PCI were treated with Xuesaitong soft capsules (mainly containing ginsenosides) for 12 weeks.

Traditional Chinese Medicine focuses on the main pathogenesis of liver depression and spleen deficiency, and treats them from the perspective of soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen to treat on Diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D) . The classic formula for treating is the Tong-Xie-Yao-Fang (TXYF). Based on metabolomics and metagenomics, the research group studied the intestinal flora and host co metabolism of TXYF in the treatment of diarrhea predominant IBS-D, in order to clarify the mechanism of TXYF in the treatment of IBS-D.

The purpose of this study is: 1. To evaluate the efficacy of Songling Xuemaikang Capsules(SLXMKC) with grade 1 hypertension. 2. To reveal the potiential effects of SLXMKC on vascular function and structure of patients with grade 1 hypertension. 3. To explore the underlying mechanisms of the therapeutic effects of SLXMKC on the intervention of grade 1 hypertension.

This study aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy, safety and tolerability of a photodynamic therapy(PDT) based on a new photosensitizer, Chlorin-e6, in the treatment of moderate to severe acne. The hypothesis is that the therapy has good efficacy, safety and tolerability.
