Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is an invasive procedure frequently accompanied by preprocedural anxiety, which has been associated with altered physiological parameters, reduced procedural tolerance, higher sedation requirements and lower patient satisfaction. Nurses are in a position to deliver structured preprocedural information and thereby strengthen patients' sense of control. This randomized controlled trial will evaluate whether a structured, nurse-led, one-to-one educational intervention delivered before ERCP reduces state anxiety and improves procedure-related knowledge compared with routine institutional information. Sixty adult patients scheduled for ERCP will be randomly allocated to the intervention or control group. State anxiety will be assessed with the Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (state subscale) and procedure-related knowledge with a 17-item multiple-choice questionnaire, both at baseline and immediately before the procedure.

This study compares two anesthesia medications, esketamine and sufentanil, used together with propofol during ERCP procedures. The goal is to find out which combination provides better safety and comfort for people undergoing ERCP. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either esketamine or sufentanil during sedation. Researchers will monitor blood oxygen levels, blood pressure, and recovery time during and after the procedure to evaluate safety and effectiveness.

The goal of this observational study is to evaluate clinical and oncologic outcomes in adult patients undergoing liver and/or biliary resection for benign and malignant diseases. This study evaluates postoperative morbidity and mortality within 90 days after surgery, as well as overall survival and disease-free survival in patients with malignant disease. Participants will: * undergo standard surgical and perioperative management according to routine clinical practice * have clinical, surgical, and follow-up data collected from institutional medical records * be followed for postoperative outcomes and long-term oncologic outcomes up to 5 years

The aim of this prospective randomized study is to evaluate whether telemedical assistance via SmartGlasses is equivalent to physical presence in teaching Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreaticography (ERCP) in terms of examination success and safety. Endoscopic papilla cannulation is a key skill for successful ERCP and therefore a measurable primary endpoint of the study. This can be measured as the time (in seconds/minutes) between stable visualization of the papilla and successful endoscopic cannulation of the target structure (bile duct or pancreatic duct).

The aim of the study is to establishing a standardized clinical information database for patients with malignant tumors of gallbaldder. Based on the database, real-world clinical research on the diagnosis and treatment of biliary tract tumors is about to be carried out, and a high-standard cohort research foundation is laid for precision therapy.

The aim of the study is to establishing a standardized biobank and a clinical information database for patients with benign and malignant tumors of the biliary system. With follow-up plans and advanced multiomics technology, a multiomics database for patients with benign and malignant tumors of the biliary tract will be further established. Based on the above work, real-world clinical research on the diagnosis and treatment of biliary tract tumors is about to be carried out, and a high-standard cohort research foundation is laid for precision therapy based on multiomics characteristics and molecular typing of biliary tract tumors.
