TMJ Disc Displacement With Reduction

The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of hyaluronic acid and I-PRF mixture for intra-articular injection following arthrocentesis in the management of TMJ reducible disc displacement.

To compare the clinical effectiveness of ultrasound-guided versus arthroscopic guided platelet rich fibrin injection in the management of anterior disc displacement with reduction of the temporomandibular joint, in terms of pain reduction, improvement of mandibular function, and patient-reported outcomes.

This study will be conducted to assess the effect of anterior repositioning splint and arthrocentesis with platelet-rich plasma injection compared to anterior repositioning splint only, in TMD patients with anterior disc displacement with reduction
