This data collection is designed to provide evidence for the safety, performance, and clinical benefit of BIOTRONIK's EP products. Additionally, residual risks will be monitored and newly emerging risks identified.

This clinical study is a prospective, observational submodule of the BIO\|STREAM.CSP registry designed to evaluate clinical outcomes in patients receiving BIOTRONIK dual-chamber pacemakers that combine conduction system pacing-specifically left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP)-with Closed Loop Stimulation (CLS). The purpose of the study is to better understand how this combined pacing strategy performs in routine clinical practice and whether it may help reduce the occurrence of atrial fibrillation in patients with sinus node dysfunction (SND) and concomitant atrioventricular (AV) conduction disorders. The primary question the study seeks to answer is what the incidence of device-detected atrial fibrillation (DDAF) is over a 24-month follow-up period in patients treated with LBBAP and active CLS. Additionally, the study explores how CLS dynamically modulates pacing rates when the ventricular lead is positioned within the conduction system, and whether this physiological pacing approach may mitigate the negative effects associated with conventional right ventricular pacing. Overall, this study aims to generate real-world evidence to support optimization of pacemaker programming and to inform clinical decision-making regarding the use of CLS in combination with conduction system pacing, with the goal of improving patient outcomes and reducing atrial arrhythmia burden.

The CorSky family is BIOTRONIK´s new generation of ICDs. They are the successor devices of the current Acticor/Rivacor family and inherit all iShock/iShock\_BC (Ilivia Neo, Intica Neo) implant and programmer software features. The new features of CorSky Family are either true novel BIOTRONIK ICD features or mainly driven by unification with the Amvia pacemaker family (Amvia Edge, -Sky). The goal of the study is to confirm the safety and performance of the CorSky Family of ICDs and CRT-Ds.

The registry is designed to assess outcome, performance and residual safety aspects of BIOTRONIK products which are used in the context of CSP based on long-term data from an unselected, real-life clinical set-up.

This registry is performed for the long-term assessment of outcome, performance and residual safety aspects of the BIOMONITOR III and possible successors in a real-life clinical set-up. In addition, this registry is set up in a way that it may also be used as a platform for submodules to investigate additional scientific and regulatory aspects while minimizing the additional effort for the investigational sites and patients.

\[Plain language\]: Heart failure (HF) patients often experience irregular heartbeats, known as arrhythmias. Atrial fibrillation (AF) is common among HF patients and can worsen their condition, leading to strokes and higher death rates. Most of what we know about arrhythmias in HF comes from patients with devices like ICDs or CRTs, which help manage heart rhythms. However, this study focuses on HF patients who don't qualify for these devices. Researchers use the BIOMONITOR IV, a device that tracks heart activity remotely over a long period. The goal is to understand how often arrhythmias occur in these patients and to develop a predictive algorithm for worsening HF (WHF). This algorithm could help doctors intervene early and improve treatment, reducing hospital visits and deaths related to WHF. To make the BIOMONITOR IV more effective for HF management, its firmware is updated to collect additional data, such as fluid levels, breathing rate, and body position. These factors may be important for predicting WHF events.
