The overarching goal of this project is to expand access to evidence-based suicide risk assessment, safety planning, and intervention among patients at elevated suicide risk by implementing Jaspr in a real-world psychiatric setting.

Phase 2 is a randomized controlled trial of integrative yoga and mindful self-compassion program vs. women's wellbeing education for women with a history of interpersonal violence exposure and heightened distress.

In this study, we will conduct a pilot RCT of a yoga-based intervention (YBI) vs. group cognitive-behavioral therapy (gCBT) at two sites. We will recruit 48 adolescent participants each in Columbus, OH and Boston, MA (96 total). We have a priori targets for indices of feasibility and acceptability, including recruitment rate, retention for assessments, class attendance, interventionist fidelity to manuals, and participant satisfaction. We hypothesize that we will meet these metrics at both sites.

Chronic musculoskeletal (MSK) pain, which includes spinal pain, osteoarthritis, and fibromyalgia, is a common and costly problem for older adults and is associated with decreased quality of life. In this project, investigators propose to create Reclaim Your Day (RYD), which will consist of 6, 30-min weekly video episodes highlighting patients' inspiring and illustrative experiences living with chronic pain in order to teach current patients with chronic MSK pain how to apply ACT's evidence-based strategies. INvestigators will conduct a pilot RCT (n=100) of older adults with chronic MSK pain. All participants will receive an introductory pain education video. Participants will be randomized to receive either RYD or a comparison intervention (health education videos). Investigators will examine RYD feasibility and acceptability as well as changes over time in outcomes (pain interference, depression, quality of life) and putative mediators.

The goal of this clinical trial is to examine 3 interventions designed to increase physical activity in older adults with HIV. We will examine 3 potential components of an intervention package: physical activity coaching, cognitive behavioral therapy targeted toward common barriers to physical activity such as low motivation or chronic pain, and a Fitbit-based social support intervention. Our primary outcome will be physical activity, defined as steps per day. Results will guide choice of intervention components to be used in an optimized behavioral intervention.

Investigators will measure behavioral and brain responses following transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) to the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) (anode on right DLPFC, cathode on the left DLPFC) delivered during cognitive control network (CCN) priming. In Phase I, the EEG provided validation of expected changes in these networks following tDCS stimulation of the DLPFC. In this current phase (II), the investigators will perform a larger randomized clinical trial (RCT) (active vs. sham control) to address long-term neurobehavioral outcomes, including opioid relapse, craving, and sustained EEG changes.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if accelerated transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is a feasible treatment for obsessive compulsive disorder that worsens or starts within 12 months of childbirth. The main questions it aims to answer are: Is TMS a tolerable and acceptable treatment for postpartum women with OCD? Does TMS improve OCD symptoms in postpartum women? Does TMS change connectivity between areas of the brain involved in OCD? Participants will: 1. Receive 50 sessions of a type of TMS called continuous theta burst stimulation (cTBS) over the course of two weeks. 2. Complete clinical assessments before and after TMS, as well as at 1 and 3 months post-treatment 3. Undergo functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) of the brain before and after TMS

The primary aim of this grant is to conduct pilot testing on a novel personalized mobile intervention for suicide - Mobile Application to Prevent Suicide (MAPS) - and to establish feasibility, acceptability, safety, and primary outcomes (i.e., suicidal ideation and behavior; re-hospitalization).

This is a randomized, double-blind clinical trial of a daily oral dose of 200 mg emtricitabine vs. placebo in 35 participants with biomarker-confirmed MCI or mild to moderate dementia due to Alzheimer's disease. Study duration for each subject participating in the placebo-controlled research study will be approximately 12 months (up to a 3 months Screening Period, Baseline visit (1 month), 6 months of placebo or emtricitabine dosing, and 1 month follow-up). Participants will have up to 2 months to complete all procedures for the month 6 study visit.
