The goal of this clinical trial is to to determine the extent of the association between objective changes in the muscle function of the knee extensors (strength and power) and the function reported by the patient following ACL reconstruction surgery. The main questions it aims to answer is: \- Pre- and post-operative (6 months) changes in maximum knee extensor strength following ACL reconstruction, correlated with the IKDC-SKF score.

This study aims to identify pre-operative phenotypic determinants predictive of quality of life trajectories in post-bariatric surgery patients. In addition, this study will have as a secondary objective the highlighting of a potential link between post-surgery quality of life trajectories and those of anxiety/depression scores, eating behaviors and body mass indices. This study will be conducted during the usual care of patients undergoing the GEROM73 program, lasting a total of 30 months. The GEROM73 program includes care for the six months preceding bariatric surgery and the 24 months following surgery. This program supports patients throughout their bariatric care.. Throughout the GEROM73 program, patients will complete questionnaires on anxiety, depression, eating disorders, Impact of Weight on Quality Of Life. Patients' weight, body mass index and body schema will also be measured throughout the GEROM program.

In a recent report, Santé Publique France (2023), reported that 4.2% of 18-85 year-olds had thought about suicide in the last 12 months, and 6.8% had attempted suicide in their lifetime and 0.5% in the last year. Even more recently, the DREES (Direction de la recherche, des études, de l'évaluation et des statistiques auprès des Ministères Sociaux) published a report on May 16, 2024, showing a sharp rise in hospitalization rates for self-inflicted acts among female patients aged between 10 and 24, with a peak around age 15. Two-thirds of these hospitalizations for self-inflicted injuries are related to deliberate drug intoxication. Depression, bipolar disorders and schizophrenia spectrum disorders (among other psychological disorders) are known risk factors for suicide, which is the leading cause of death in this clinical context. In addition to these formalized psychopathological elements, risk behaviors underpinned by psychological processes common to suicide attempts are suspected and need to be studied in depth. Research into psychiatry and the psychopathology of suicide has identified a number of risk and protective factors. These psychological determinants - or processes - act alongside other key factors such as the environment and social ties. Life contexts can have an impact on health, and more specifically on the psychopathology of individuals, through disturbances of a biological, psychological and social nature. It is important to be able to describe what processes are at work and how they explain the development and maintenance of behaviours that put one's life and health at risk. This is part of a preventive approach to mental health. We suggest that the study of psychological processes such as suicidal ruminations, impulsivity and interpersonal needs (e.g. the interpersonal theory of suicide) is necessary to understand their involvement in risk-taking and suicidal behavior. To our knowledge, few studies of this type are underway in France, particularly with vulnerable clinical populations (adolescents/adults). The inclusion of a process-centered approach (Kinderman, 2015), in a transdiagnostic and preventive way, constitutes an innovative approach.

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the effect of a long-term, individualized, hybrid adapted physical activity program on the quality of life of patients with multiple myeloma. The main question it aims to answer are : Does this logn term, individualized and hybrid adapted physical activity program improve quality of life in multiple myeloma patient ? What are the effects of this program on effort tolerance, pain, muscular mass, osteolytic lesions, tolerance to treatment, response to treatment? If there is a comparison group: Researchers will compare \[arm information\] to see if \[insert effects\]. Participants will be randomised in 2 groups. * control group: patients will receive only advices about physical activities benefit * interventional group: This group will be offered a program of adapted physical activities mixing sessions at home (remote) and sessions at the hospital (in person).

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation can affect blood flow in healthy volunteers. The main question it aims to answer is: Determine the stimulation parameters (frequency in the range 5- 100Hz and proximal or distal placement) inducing the most significant hyperaemic response in volunteers. Participants will attend to one visit ( 1h30) , 6 protocol of stimulation will be tested on his arm . If his agree, an optionnal measure will be made during another visit. During this optionnal visit, two modalities of intensity adjustment will be tested in regard of the result of the first part of the study.

The goal of this clinical trial is to demonstrate the non-inferiority of standardized breathing control exercises on perceived pain during rheumatological injections procedures compared to standard care consisting of the addition of a local anesthetic. The study population will consist of patients scheduled to undergo therapeutic ultrasound-guided joint or periarticular injection. The main question it aims to answer is: * Non-inferiority of breathing exercises compared to the addition of local anesthetic on pain and anxiety experienced during an infiltration procedure. * Correlation between the reduction in pain and anxiety experienced during a procedure and the cardiac coherence score obtained. Researchers will compare the anesthesia group (Arm A), which will receive local anesthesia with 5 cc of lidocaine before the infiltration procedure to the breathing group (Arm B), which will receive instructions before the injection procedure on how to perform 5-minute breathing cycles to facilitate the achievement of cardiac coherence to see if the pain perceived in Arm B is not greater than the pain perceived in Arm A. Participants will be kept blind to their randomization group. Arm A (anesthesia) will receive SHAM breathing exercises, while Arm B (breathing) will receive a placebo injection of anesthetic.

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare physical ability of patients with transfusion-dependent β-thalassemia to control subjects. The main question it aims to answer is: is there a difference in power output at first lactate threshold between patients with transfusion-dependent β-thalassemia and control subjects during maximal incremental exercise test. Participants will have to realise differents exams including measurement of body compposition, maximal incremental exercise test, vertical jump, vasoreactivity test, blood sampling, quality of life questionnaires and neuromuscular assessments.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the effect of sarcopenic status on the occurrence of treatment-related toxicity during the first course of anti-cancer treatment in several types of cancers. The main question it aims to answer is : Is sarcopenia a predictive marker for the occurrence of toxicity in the initial phase of cancer treatment? The evaluation will focus on the body composition of the participants, assessed by impedancemetry, and on their muscular performance by standardized physical tests.

Prospective monocentric study, non-randomized of the detection of sarcopenia in clinical practice in patients with ovarian or endometrial cancer requiring systemic oncological treatment. main question : Identify the criteria correlated with the presence of sarcopenia (defined by the measurement of the IMS by the CT-X method in L3) among the impedancemetry and the HAS malnutrition criteria. Data collection will be done at 6 months, 12 months after the date of inclusion.
