This is a prospective, single-center, single-arm study evaluating endoscopic ultrasound-guided ethanol ablation for left-sided aldosterone-producing adenoma. Eligible participants will receive the ablation procedure and be followed for safety, imaging response, biochemical remission, and clinical remission. The study is expected to enroll 30 participants.

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate whether an intensive blood pressure control strategy (systolic blood pressure target \<120 mmHg) is more effective than a standard strategy (systolic blood pressure target \<140 mmHg) in reducing the risk of cardiovascular events in patients with primary aldosteronism. The main question it aims to answer is: Does the intensive blood pressure control strategy reduce the risk of composite cardiovascular events more than the standard strategy in patients with primary aldosteronism? The study employs a randomized design, allocating participants in a 1:1 ratio to either the Intensive Treatment Group or the Standard Treatment Group. Researchers will compare the differences in cardiovascular outcomes and safety profiles between the two groups over a planned follow-up period of 6 to 10 years. Participants will: Undergo randomization and adhere to the assigned blood pressure management protocol. Attend regular follow-up visits for blood pressure measurement, laboratory tests, questionnaires, etc. Report any adverse events or changes in health status.

This study is a single-center, randomized, single-blind, sham-controlled clinical trial aimed at evaluating the efficacy and safety of shortwave therapy administered for five consecutive days in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The study plans to enroll 202 patients, who will be randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to either the shortwave therapy group (20 minutes daily for five consecutive days) or a sham treatment group with an identical appearance. The primary efficacy endpoint is the remission rate of the Toronto Clinical Scoring System score one month after treatment (a decrease of ≥1 point). Secondary endpoints include short-term efficacy, pain visual analog scale scores, quality of life scores, and safety indicators. The study hypothesizes that shortwave therapy can significantly improve neurological symptoms, with an expected remission rate of 65% in the treatment group and 20% in the control group, with the superiority margin set at 20%. This study will provide high-quality evidence-based medical evidence for the use of shortwave therapy in diabetic peripheral neuropathy.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if a single session of ultrasound-guided nerve hydrodissection can relieve symptoms of diabetic lower limb entrapment neuropathy, a condition caused by compressed nerves in the leg that leads to numbness, pain, or muscle weakness in people with diabetes. The main questions it aims to answer are whether nerve hydrodissection improves nerve function (measured by the Toronto Clinical Scoring System) one month after treatment, and whether it relieves pain and improves quality of life. Researchers will compare two groups: one will receive the actual nerve hydrodissection (injection of medicine around the compressed nerve), and the other will receive a sham procedure that involves injecting a small amount of fluid under the skin (not around the nerve). Participants will not know which group they are in, and the researchers who measure the results will also not know. Participants will have four in-person visits over about one month, complete questionnaires about their nerve symptoms, pain, and quality of life, undergo nerve ultrasound at the beginning and at follow-up visits (at 1 month after treatment), and receive either the nerve hydrodissection or the sham procedure at the second visit. All participants will continue their regular diabetes and nerve medication during the study.

To investigate the physiological effects of high positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) during noninvasive ventilation in patients with hypoxemic respiratory failure, and to elucidate the mechanisms underlying high PEEP-induced improvement in oxygenation.

The investigators intend to collect several variables to predict extubation failure among patients who successfully complete a spontaneous breathing trial, and then develop a scale using simple bedside indicators to predict extubation failure.

Noninvasive ventilation is commonly employed in patients with pneumonia or acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and has been shown to reduce the need for intubation and invasive mechanical ventilation. However, the rate of noninvasive ventilation failure remains substantial, at approximately 40%. Compared with patients in whom noninvasive ventilation succeeds, those who experience noninvasive ventilation failure have a higher likelihood of mortality during their intensive care unit or hospital stay. Therefore, improving the success rate of noninvasive ventilation is clinically important. In patients with lung consolidation receiving invasive mechanical ventilation, high positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) can improve oxygenation. Noninvasive ventilation operates on similar physiological principles and can also deliver high PEEP via a mask interface. Nevertheless, there is limited evidence regarding the use of high PEEP during mask-delivered noninvasive ventilation. This study aimed to evaluate whether high PEEP can increase intubation-free survival in patients with pneumonia or ARDS who are treated with noninvasive ventilation.

The goal of this observational study is to investigate the associations between a novel inflammatory marker, high sensitivity C-reactiveprotein to albumin ratio (hsCAR), and steatosis and fibrosis of metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD). The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: \[question 1\] Can hsCAR serve as a clinical indicator to determine whether a patient has MAFD? \[question 2\] Can hsCAR determine whether MAFLD patients are complicated with liver fibrosis?

As a multisystem disease, metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD) is closely linked to the onset and progression of coronary heart disease (CHD). Ultrasonographic fatty liver indicator (US-FLI) is a semi-quantitative tool for evaluating the degree of hepatic steatosis. Our study aims to explore the relationship between US-FLI based on MAFLD and the severity of CHD.

This study is a multicenter retrospective research aimed at developing a heart failure prognosis warning system based on multimodal clinical data to improve the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure. This study aims to address the following main questions: 1. What are the clinical characteristics and current treatment status of heart failure patients? 2. What factors influence the onset of heart failure and the prognosis of patients? 3. How can real-world big data be utilized to construct an accurate heart failure prognosis assessment model? 4. How can this prognosis assessment model help improve the therapeutic effects and quality of life for heart failure patients?

To investigate the risk factors and biomarkers of the microvascular disease，macrovascular disease and neuropathy in patients with diabetes.

We intends to conduct a series of original clinical research about PA, and establish a large cohort of PA and essential hypertension patients with long-term follow-up of cardiovascular events, renal end points etc. We will establish a large sample of blood, urine, adrenal tissue of the subjects, and the genomics,metabonomics, proteomics database, to explore the mechanism of the PA and target organ damage, risk factors, diagnostic methods and biomarkers.
