The goal of this clinical trial is to investigate the analgesic efficacy of ultrasound-guided Romboid Intercostal and Subserratus (RISS) block versus lower thoracic Erector Spinae Plane (ESP) block after laparoscopic abdominal surgery. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does ultrasound-guided Romboid Intercostal and Subserratus (RISS) block is effective as the lower thoracic Erector Spinae Plane (ESP) block for intra and postoperative analgesia after laparoscopic abdominal surgery for the first 24 hours? What complications do participants have when doing these interventions? Researchers will compare the analgesic efficacy of ultrasound-guided Romboid Intercostal and Subserratus (RISS) block with the lower thoracic Erector Spinae Plane (ESP) block after laparoscopic abdominal surgery. Participants will: Start general anesthesia and be given either block according to the randomization chart. The blood pressure and heart rate will be measured at intervals to determine if the participants need extra intraoperative analgesics. Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) will be used postoperatively to test pain severity. Rescue morphine analgesia will be measured and compared in both groups. Any complications will be reported. Patient and surgeon satisfaction will be measured.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if Feldenkrais method affects balance in patients with mechanical low back pain. The main questions it aims to answer is: does Feldenkrais method affects balance in patients with mechanical low back pain. Participants will: Be assessed for inclusion using slump and straight leg raise tests. Visit the clinic twice every week for sessions. Assessed pre and post treatment using Biodex Balance.

The goal of this randomized clinical trial is to compare the effectiveness of Botulinum toxin type A, magnesium sulfate and saline injections in treatment of the masseter muscle trigger points, in patients between 16 - 50 years old with myofascial pain with masseter muscle trigger points. The main questions it aims to answer are: * which treatment has longer effect of pain release with the least possible side effects and recurrence rate? * Which treatment has greater impact on improving patient's quality of life? Researchers will compare Botulinum toxin type A, magnesium sulfate to a placebo saline injections in treatment of the masseter muscle trigger points Participants will attend to the clinic 4 times * 1st visit will include taking preoperative records and treatment injection * 2nd visit will be follow up and taking records after 1 month * 3rd visit will be follow up and taking records after 3 months * 4th visit will be follow up and taking records after 6 months

The goal of this clinical trial is to investigate the effectiveness of Magnesium Sulphate in the management of myofascial pain dysfunction syndrome in comparison to Lidocaine and Saline. A total of 75 patients suffering from myofascial pain dysfunction syndrome will be assigned into one of three groups, each with 25 patients. Group A: (Saline) includes patients enrolled for Saline injection into the trigger points. Group B: (Magnesium Sulphate) includes patients enrolled for Magnesium Sulphate injection into the trigger points. Group C: (Lidocaine) includes patients who will be enrolled for Lidocaine injection into the trigger points The primary outcome that will be investigated is (pain with a visual analogue score), and secondary outcomes will be (maximum mouth opening between edges of upper and lower incisors with millimeters, electrical activity with Electromyography, and quality of life assessed using the Oral Health Impact Profile questionnaire) The outcomes will be assessed pre-injection, 1month after injection, 3months after injection, and 6 months after injection

Ideally, periodontal therapy should eliminate inflammation, arrest the advancement of periodontal disease, enhance appearance, and create an environment conducive to health maintenance.Microneedling (MN) is known as "percutaneous collagen induction therapy."
